Mr. Bishnu Prasad Timalsina, Chairperson of Sincere Saving & Credit Co-operative Ltd., currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Bajra Security Service Pvt. Ltd. He also serves as the Chairman of Kantipath Construction Pvt. Ltd., bringing extensive experience in leadership, management, and organizational development across diverse sectors. In his role as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Bajra Security Service Pvt. Ltd., he brings his professional expertise and leadership capabilities to support the organization’s growth, operational excellence, and continued development.

Mr. Bohara holds a Master’s Degree in Arts (Economics and Mathematics) from Tribhuvan University (TU). He has attended various national and international training programs related to security management and services. He has served in management-level positions with reputed international organizations across various sectors, gaining extensive experience in organizational management, leadership, and operations. With more than 16 years of progressive experience in outsourcing and human resource management, he possesses strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills. Currently, Mr. Bohara serves as the Executive Director of Bajra Security Service Pvt. Ltd., where he brings his extensive professional expertise and leadership capabilities to support the organization’s growth and development.

Mr. Upadhyay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has more than 25 years of experience in administration, leadership, and organizational management. He currently serves as the Administrative Head of Birgunj Chamber of Commerce & Industries, where he has played a key role in leading and managing the organization’s operations for over two decades. With his extensive experience in administration, operational management, and organizational leadership, he brings valuable expertise to Bajra Security Service Pvt. Ltd. Currently, he serves as a Director of Bajra Security Service Pvt. Ltd., contributing his knowledge and professional experience to the organization’s growth and development.

Mr. Basnet is a renowned security expert with decades of experience in the Nepal Army. He served as a Colonel in the Nepal Army and brings extensive expertise in security management, leadership, and strategic operations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Tribhuvan University (TU) and has successfully completed the Command and Staff Course from the Nepal Army. He has also participated in numerous national and international training programs, seminars, and professional courses related to security and management. Mr. Basnet has further served as a Contingent Commander in various United Nations Peacekeeping Operations, gaining valuable international experience in leadership, security coordination, and operational management. Currently, he serves as the Chairperson of Bajra Security Service Pvt. Ltd., where he provides strategic leadership and guidance to support the organization’s continued growth and commitment to professional security services.
